The Survey readiness Coordinator is responsible for managing auditing of clinical performance, clinical provision, and quality review for Main Line Health Home Care & Hospice initiatives against internal and external standards and in preparation of Medicare, Department of Health, and Joint Commission Surveys or other quality-driven surveys.

Experience:
Two years Medicare-certified home care or hospice experience required
Education:
1. Associate Degree required.
2. Bachelors Degree preferred.
Licensures/Certifications:
1. Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), or Speech Language Pathology (SL) license
2. Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required
3. BLS Required Upon Hire
