Our Mission

To meet the health care needs of the communities we serve and to improve the quality of life for all people, by providing a comprehensive range of safe, equitable and high-quality health services, complemented by interdisciplinary education and research programs.

Belonging & Experience at Main Line Health

A diverse group of people seated and smiling in a conference setting. The central woman wears a leopard-print vest. Others are in professional attire. They appear to be engaged and attentive, with more people blurred in the background.

At Main Line Health, our culture is rooted in belonging and the experiences we create for patients, families, and one another. The Belonging & Experience Council (BEC) helps ensure that every interaction across our health system reflects respect, compassion, and a commitment to understanding the unique needs of those we serve.

BEC brings together voices from across Main Line Health to strengthen how we deliver care, support our workforce, and connect with our communities. By fostering open dialogue and shared responsibility, the council helps shape an environment where people feel valued, listened to, and supported — so our teams can focus on what matters most: providing safe, high quality care and a positive experience for every patient.
This commitment to belonging influences how we show up for our patients and for each other every day, reinforcing a culture where trust, collaboration, and empathy guide everything we do.
