Join the people leading systematic change and advancement

As an Accountant/Auditor here you will work collaboratively with senior and department leaders across the system to provide financial support. As a vital member of the Main Line Services department, there are multiple opportunities within grants, foundation, decision support, budgeting, real estate accounting and IT auditing.

Accounting & Auditing

While working in Accounts Payable, you will ensure the accuracy of expenses and protection of assets when processing immediate or normal vendor disbursements. You will collaborate with leadership and internal/external customers to partner and provide financial support across the system.

Accounts Payable 

As an actuarial analyst, you’ll interpret data, leverage key analytical tools, and make recommendations to key stakeholders at the Delaware Valley Accountable Care Organization (DVACO) and Jefferson/Main Line Health post-operative days (PODs). In your role as a subject-matter expert, you will provide guidance to less-experienced analysts; lead DVACO governance committees; maintain positive relationships with management at all levels, key third-party staff, internal constituents and external customers; and cooperate with clinically integrated network (CIN) organizations to gather information, share data, and move projects forward.

Actuarial 

Contribute to a process that is fundamental to the financial stability of Main Line Health in a billing or collections role. Depending on your role, your responsibilities may include submission of forms and/or the efficient and effective management of billing and claims processing. Areas of opportunity include patient/physician billing, cash applications, patient credits, credit balance review, accounts receivable (AR) and collections.

Billing and Collections 

Executive Administrative Assistant

Collaborate with our accounting, contracts, payroll, and business office to help analyze budget variances and keep our health care network on firm financial ground. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to provide planning and financial expertise for our hospitals and other Main Line Health locations.

Finance

Here you will provide support services for the inpatient and outpatient clinical coding functions. These support activities include but are not limited to location and retrieval of inpatient and outpatient records. You can provide systematic monitoring, evaluation of the delivery of patient care or be responsible for tasks related to patient safety and infection control, provide continuous improvement and send reports to external agencies. Or assist our risk-management team in managing all aspects of clinical assessment and genetic evaluations in compliance with requirements of the medical care system.

Our expanding studies encompass disease-modifier genes, pioneering nanotechnology-based gene therapies, new pharmacological agents to treat cancer, hypertension and cardiac arrythmias and creation of new prognostic and therapeutic tools for clinical use.
