Use your communication, decision making and critical thinking skills to oversee the administrative responsibility of the Hospital in the absences of an of the Administrator. As a part of our Interdisciplinary Team working within the Bryn Mawr Rehab, your leadership is an integral part of the Patient Experience. As a Nursing Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: managing of the nursing service, ensuring the highest quality care is being provided to patients, and assigning staff to the appropriate clinical area based on their skill mix.

Position:
Nurse Supervisor - Bryn Mawr Rehab
Shift:
20 hours per week, Day/ Evening Shifts (Shift could be 4,8 or 12 hours) Potential start times would be would be 7am or 11 am and potential end times could be 7pm or up to 11pm. Weekend requirement is currently 1 every 6 weekends. Rotational 3 holidays per year
Experience:
1. 5 years of recent Acute Care Nurse experience required.
2. Prior Management, Supervisor, Charge, Coordinator or other related leadership experience is preferred
Education:
1. Graduate of accredited school of Nursing.
2. BSN Required.
3. MSN or other related graduate degree preferred.
Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required
2. Certification in specialty area is preferred.

Pay Range: $110,926.40 - $173,035.20
