Position:

Registered Nurse RN – Ambulatory Primary Care

Shift:

40 hours per week | Day shift. Monday through Friday from 8AM to 4:30PM | No weekends or holidays!

Experience:

Preferred:

1. Experience in an ambulatory clinical nursing setting, primary care practice, family medicine, internal medicine, and/or outpatient office environment.

2. Strong telephone triage experience and comfort supporting patients with acute concerns, chronic condition management, preventive care needs, and follow-up care coordination, strongly preferred.

3. Experience with medication refills, care gap closure, patient education, care coordination, and knowledge of insurance-related processes preferred.

Education:

Graduate of an accredited ASN or BSN nursing program.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. Current Pennsylvania RN license.

2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
