Join Main Line Health as a Per Diem Polysomnographic Technician (Lankenau Medical Center) and play a key role in helping diagnose and treat sleep disorders. Working in our Sleep Disorders Center, you'll perform overnight sleep studies, monitor patient data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct overnight polysomnographic (sleep) studies.
  • Prepare patients and apply monitoring equipment.
  • Monitor and document physiological data throughout testing.
  • Identify and respond to significant patient events.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and ensure accurate data collection.
  • Maintain complete and accurate patient records.
  • Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Graduate of an accredited Sleep Technology or Polysomnographic Technology program preferred.
  • Previous sleep lab or related healthcare experience preferred.
  • RPSGT certification required.
  • BLS certification required or obtained within designated timeframe.
