The Nursing Supervisor, Employee Health is a Registered Nurse who provides clinical and administrative oversight as an extension of the patient care team and serves as a clinical resource to Employee Health staff. The Nursing Supervisor, Employee Health role functions in accordance with professional practice standards as set forth by the American Nurses Association, PA Nurse Practice Act, regulatory standards and MLH policies and procedures. The Nursing Supervisor, Employee Health works in conjunction with the director to develop and monitor Employee Health workflow, assignments, clinical practice and productivity. The Nursing Supervisor, Employee Health maintains a modified practice assignment to maintain clinical expertise and knowledge.The Nursing Supervisor, Employee Health works to coordinate the daily operation of the department and is in ongoing communication with the director as a consult when situations occur. The Nursing Supervisor, Employee Health oversees new employee orientation and on-going staff education. The supervisor reports to the director and assists as a facilitator in shared decision-making initiatives at the clinical, departmental, and system levels. This position requires strong skills with Microsoft Excel, prioritization and the ability to be flexible adaptable.

Position:

Nursing Supervisor, Employee Health

Shift:

Full-time, 40 hours per week. Mondays through Fridays. Hours of operation are 7:30AM to 6PM so there is flexibility.

Experience:

A minimum of 3 year(s) of recent Ambulatory Care Nursing experience, required.

Education:

1. RN Diploma, ASN required.

2. BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. PA RN license.

2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.

3. Certification preferred in relevant clinical field

Employee Status: Regular

Schedule: Full-time

Shift: Day Job

Pay Range: $86,673.60 - $134,305.60
