Main Line Health's Nurse Residency Program | System Travel Agility Team (STAT)

Main Line Health's Nurse Residency Program is a year-long initiative designed to support and guide new graduate nurses as they begin their professional nursing careers. The program emphasizes clinical skill development, patient-centered outcomes, critical thinking, and professional growth.
