As a Clinical RN Educator, you will serve as a leader, coach, mentor, and resource for nursing and clinical support teams across Main Line HealthCare Primary Care and Urgent Care locations. In this role, you will support orientation, onboarding, competency validation, clinical training, workflow education, and ongoing professional development for nurses and medical assistants in the ambulatory primary care and urgent care setting. You will partner closely with practice leadership and interdisciplinary care teams to promote consistent standards of care, patient safety, clinical excellence, and an exceptional patient experience across multiple office locations.

Position:

Clinical RN Educator - Main Line HealthCare, Primary Care and Urgent Care locations

Shift:

Monday through Friday (8AM to 4:30PM, with flexible schedule as needed to accommodate training); No weekends or holidays.

Experience:

1. Three to five years of recent registered nursing experience required.

2. Prior Clinical Nurse Educator or related clinical education experience preferred.

Education:

1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.

2. At least one degree must be in nursing, such as a BSN or MSN.

3. Master’s degree strongly preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. Current PA RN license required, or a multistate license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

2. Specialty certification in ambulatory care, nursing professional development, or a related area preferred.

3. Provider BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.

Pay Range: $100,838.40 - $157,331.20
