Main Line Health is seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to serve as our AVP, System Laboratory Services. This leader will oversee laboratory operations across the health system, driving excellence in quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, operational performance, workforce development, and strategic growth. The AVP will be responsible for leading system-wide laboratory initiatives, fostering standardization and collaboration across multiple sites, ensuring regulatory readiness, and advancing a culture of quality and continuous improvement. This leader will work closely with clinical, operational, finance, quality, and business development teams to optimize laboratory services, support organizational growth, and deliver exceptional patient care. The AVP will lead teams, manage budgets and capital planning, drive quality and safety outcomes, improve operational performance, and identify opportunities for service expansion and innovation.
