As part of the Riddle Endocrinology team, you will partner closely with providers, patients, and the broader care team while using your clinical judgment in telephone triage, medication refills, patient follow-up, and ongoing support of individualized endocrine care plans.

Position-Specific Benefits include:
This position offers a day-shift schedule with no weekends or holidays, supporting work-life balance while allowing you to build meaningful connections with patients and the care team. Position:
Registered Nurse RN – Ambulatory Endocrinology
Shift:
Day shift, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM — no weekends or holidays!
Experience:
Preferred:
1. 3 years of experience in an ambulatory clinical nursing setting, specialty practice, and/or provider office.
2. Strong telephone triage experience, including patient assessment, clinical prioritization, and follow-up communication.
3. Experience supporting endocrinology care, medication refills, diabetes-related patient education, and insurance or prior authorization processes preferred.
Education:
Graduate of an accredited ASN or BSN nursing program.
Licensures/Certifications:
1. Current Pennsylvania RN license.
2. Provider BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
