Schedule: Full-Time, Various Shifts Schedules - On-Call Requirements

Compensation: $43.49 - $66.55 - before shift differentials

  • What you’ll do

    You will oversee daily operations of the ultrasound section, including supervising and scheduling staff, coordinating workflow, and ensuring consistent coverage for all patient populations. You’ll monitor equipment performance, manage maintenance needs, and maintain supply readiness in all procedure rooms. You’ll lead competency reviews, training, protocol updates, and student education while ensuring compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory standards. You’ll gather and interpret performance data, drive quality improvement initiatives, and document adverse events. Additional responsibilities include payroll oversight, occasional travel to other MLH sites, and participation in on‑call rotations when required.

    What we’re looking for

  • Graduate of a JRCERT-approved program required
  • Minimum of three years' experience as a staff sonographer with experience in Abdomen and/or Ob/GYN
  • Certifications

  • ARDMS certification from the American Registry for Diagnostica Medical Sonography required at time of hire
  • RVT certification preferred at time of hire, but required within 1 year of hire date
  • BLS Certification by American Heart Association preferred upon hire, but required within 90 days of hire date
  • Employee Status: Regular
