The Senior Staffing Coordinator reviews, analyzes and discusses the following with the Staffing Office Manager: Unit schedules for completeness and balance, time and attendance records, Position Control Reports, staffing patterns, holiday and vacation staffing patterns, productivity by unit, data accuracy and Staffing & Scheduling Policies adherence. The Senior Staffing Coordinator assists the Staffing Office Manager with the selection, orientation, evaluation and supervision of the Staffing Coordinators. The Senior Staffing Coordinator collects data from various sources including, but not limited to, One-Staff (an automated staffing system), Patient Care Managers, individual units, patient census, Algorithms (Patient/Staff ratios) and the report from prior Staffing Office shifts

Position:

Senior Staffing Coordinator

Shift:

Full Time - 40 hours

Experience:

5 years of medical or staffing experience.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED Required.

Two year college degree preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

LPN can be substituted for a two year degree

Employee Status: Regular

Schedule: Full-time

Shift: Day Job

Pay Range: $24.42 - $37.84

Job Grade: 208
