Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable Professional? Do you love numbers? Your leadership makes all the difference! As the Revenue Cycle Lead, you’ll ensure all claims are captured and submitted to payers via electronic or manual processes in a timely and accurate manner. You will also make an impact by reviewing and following up on unpaid, underpaid or rejected insurance accounts with debit balances in a timely and accurate manner. Effectively use your customer service skills by ensuring all customer-driven inquiries received by the SBO are resolved in a timely and accurate manner.

Revenue Cycle Lead
Shift:
Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Experience:
1. 3-4 years billing/cash/accounts receivable experience utilizing
2. Microsoft Office applications experience. Intermediate Excel proficiency required.
3. Knowledge of insurance contracts, billing regulations and medical terminology preferred.
4. Knowledge of HCPCS/CPT/ICD-10 and revenue codes preferred.
5. Good written/oral communications and problem solving skills required.
6. Strong analytical, mathematical and organizational skills required.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Licensures/Certifications:
1. Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)/American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM), or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR)/Healthcare Financial Management Association desirable
