Put your customer service skills and excellent communication to use! As a Rehab Unit Coordinator, you will facilitate communication for the entire unit and be the first person visitors see when entering the unit. You will perform the secretarial duties of the unit and assist in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the activities occurring on the nursing unit. You will also coordinate transportation for patients being discharged, ensure that visitors are following security protocols, and answer phones.

Position:

Rehab Unit Coordinator

Shift:

Day Shift; 36 Hours/Week; Every 4th Weekend

Experience:

Medical Secretarial experience preferred.

Knowledge of medical terminology; experience in a hospital/healthcare setting preferred.

Education:

High school diploma required.

Ability to understand written and verbal instruction in English.

Ability to speak/communicate in English sufficiently to perform job duties required.

Proficient typing skills.

Successful completion of all orientation requirements.

Computer experience strongly preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

CPR Certification required

Employee Status: Regular

Schedule: Part-time

Shift: Day Job

Pay Range: $18.37 - $28.47

Job Grade: 205
