Community Outreach Program Coordinator

The Community Outreach Program Coordinator is a member of the Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital Marketing & Communications Department. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and/or Community Outreach Manager, this role collaborates with department team members and hospital staff to develop, coordinate, and implement key community outreach initiatives that support the hospital's mission of serving individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the planning, promotion, and execution of the following Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital programs:

  • Cruisin'Smart (formerly Cruisin' Not Boozin') – An educational program focused on promoting safe decision-making among students and community organizations.
  • ProjectSEARCH – An employment training program that prepares adults with disabilities for meaningful employment opportunities.
  • ArtAbility® – A nationally recognized art exhibition and sale showcasing the talents of artists with disabilities.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively with individuals living with physical and/or cognitive disabilities.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and manage special events and community programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentation experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Employee Status: Regular

    Pay Range: $60,091.20 - $93,121.60
