Position:
Program Manager @ Mirmont Treatment Center
Shift:
8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday thru Friday)
Experience:
1.Minimum of five years direct clinical experience in a Mental Health setting
2.Minimum of one year supervisory experience
Education:
1. Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling Psychology or Family Therapy required
Licensures/Certifications:
Pennsylvania State License in Psychology, Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LPC) or Family Therapy (LMFT) is preferred

You make the first impression for our patients and their families! You will be responsible for the overall clinical leadership and management of Mirmont Treatment Center. In addition you will be responsible for overseeing the quality and integrity of the program; coordinating admissions, discharges, and utilization management/review activities; providing direct patient care and case management; and facilitating the smooth operation of the treatment team. This position has primary responsibility to oversee the accurate and timely completion of documentation of all program activities.
