The Program Manager, Compensation is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading compensation strategies and programs that align with the Main Line Health business objectives and talent goals. This role ensures driven and equitable compensation practices through market analysis, process standardization, and strategic guidance to HR and business leaders. This role also leads the execution of annual compensation cycles while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, employee experience and process improvement initiatives.

Shift:
Full-time 40 hours, Monday through Friday
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in compensation experience required. Healthcare compensation experience preferred
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required.
Licensures/Certifications:
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred

Pay Range: $111,571.20 - $172,848.00
