You are an integral member of the Perioperative Team! As a Perioperative Technician, you will work with Surgical Technicians, OR Nurses, Anesthesia and Surgeons to provide personal and environmental care and comfort to patients undergoing surgery. In this role, you will be knowledgeable in both the operation and care of specialized instruments and equipment used by our Surgical and Anesthesia team. Perioperative Technicians are responsible for positioning, lifting and/or transferring patients as well as cleaning and sterilizing the Operating Room and OR equipment after each procedure. You would also help transport specimens, manage inventory and maintain adequate supply levels.
