Under the general supervision of the laboratory supervisor, the Laboratory Assistant processes and handles specimens for testing in the Clinical and Anatomic areas of the laboratory.

Per Diem Lab Assistant
Shift:
Per diem- Evening Shift- 3p-11:30p
Experience:
Working knowledge of medical information systems preferred Phlebotomy experience required for Paoli campus
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent, certification as a medical assistant or related field preferred, moderate knowledge of medical terminology, excellent verbal, written, computer and clerical skills.
Licensures/Certifications:
Maintains certification in the Packaging and Shipping of Hazardous Goods. If MA, certification preferred
