The Patient/Guest Relations Navigator acts as a liaison between the hospital, patient and family to answer questions related to the care and recovery of the patient and to resolve any issues in accordance with the Patient Complaint Policy. Responsible for assisting patients and navigating through their continuum of care.

Position:

Patient/Guest Relations Navigator

Shift:

20 hours per week (day/evening shift) - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Experience:

1. Minimum of five years experience in a clinical setting preferred.

2. Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English sufficiently to perform job duties.

3. Strong interpersonal skills; able to professionally interact with all internal and external customers.

Education:

1. Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field required.

2. RN/BSN or MSW/MSS preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

Current license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania if applicable.

Pay Range: $65,520.00 - $101,504.00
