We are seeking a flexible and dependable team member to support a small, dynamic infusion center consisting of an 8-bay unit providing both chemotherapy and non-chemotherapy treatments. Located at 135 S Bryn Mawr Ave (across from Bryn Mawr Hospital’s Emergency Department), this role is integral to the day-to-day operations of a collaborative team that includes 2–3 nurses, a registrar/scheduler, and a patient care technician.

  • This position requires a high level of adaptability, including cross-training in registration and scheduling functions. A significant portion of the role involves frequent movement between the infusion center and the main hospital campus, retrieving essential items from the blood bank, pharmacy, and laboratory, as well as maintaining and stocking supplies to ensure seamless patient care.
  • The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities to support both clinical and administrative workflows.

    Position:

    Patient Care Technician PCT - BMH - Infusion Unit - 3C

    Shift:

    8am – 4:30pm, Monday - Friday, 40hrs per week

    Experience:

    1. Previous experience in delivery of patient services preferred.

    2. Phlebotomy experience preferred.

    3. Previous Healthcare Experience preferred.

    Education:

    1. Graduation from high school or equivalent required.

    2. Some college preferred.

    Licensures/Certifications:

    Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred on hire / required prior to completion of unit orientation.
