Coordinate admissions through an in-person screening and assessment of patient’s needs to include a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment. Complete level of care assessment and determination based on clinical assessment and completes pre-certification of care with 3rd party insurance companies for the level of care recommended. Provide referrals to alternate providers or levels of care on an as needed basis within the immediate community. Complete documentation of activities consistent with best practices. Perform direct counseling, crisis management and other duties as assigned.

Hours: Full-Time, 40-hours a week, Day Shift, Monday through Friday; No weekends or Holidays!
**Opportunity to work 2 days remote after training! (During training would need to be on-site 5 days per week)
