  • Make an Impact As an Operational Database (ODB) Analyst, you will work with Main Line Health’s information systems to extract, validate, and submit data to the Vizient Operational Database. In this role, you will help ensure the quality and accuracy of submitted data, maintain proper mapping of departments and accounts, and create operational database reports that identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities.
  • The ODB Analyst supports managers, directors, and vice presidents in understanding and using operational database reports. This position collaborates with finance, clinical operations, and non-clinical operations teams; engages stakeholders across the organization; meets submission deadlines; and manages user access to the operational database. The Analyst also participates in Vizient education sessions, stays current on Vizient best practices and updates, collaborates regularly with Vizient partners, and contributes to Vizient-led projects.

    Operational DataBase (ODB) Analyst- Full Time 40 hours/week

    Experience:

    One to two years of professional experience in a technical field, preferably in a healthcare setting. Previous budgeting, forecasting, benchmarking, decision support, and/or financial applications experience preferred.

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, statistics, or management information systems

    Employee Status: Regular

    Pay Range: $71,427.20 - $110,656.00

    Job Grade: 112
