Under the direction of the Administrative Director, the Manager Lab is responsible for the oversight of all administrative and technical operations of the Stat Lab within Main Line Health Labs. Responsibility includes staffing, operational oversight, performance management and serving as a liaison with other MLH departments and outside clients.

Get Involved!

In partnership with other Main Line Health Lab Supervisors, the Manager is responsible for providing laboratory services to MLH patients, physicians, and staff. The manager maintains positive, collaborative problem solving relationships with other MLHL management staff, MLHL Medical Director, and other Pathologists. This role also maintains effective working relationships with key administrative staff at MLH hospitals.

Position:

Manager Lab- 40 hours/week- Bryn Mawr Hospital

Shift:

Day Shift- will cover evenings/nights as needed- On Call rotation 3-4 times per year.

Experience:

Must have 5 years experience in related field with 3 years of prior management experience.

Education:

4 Year / Bachelors Degree required.

Employee Status: Regular

Schedule: Full-time

Pay Range: $91,624.00 - $141,960.00

Job Grade: 114
