Schedule: Full-Time Day Schedule (100% On-Site)

Compensation: $93,100.80 – $144,227.20

What You Will Do:

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to hospital and operational leaders, helping guide financial decisions that support organizational success. In this role, you will:

Partner with leadership to develop strategic financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and business cases.

Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations that drive informed decision-making.

Lead the development and monitoring of annual operating and capital budgets.

Prepare financial reports, presentations, and analyses for executive leadership and Board-level review.

Collaborate with teams across Finance, Accounting, Decision Support, and Operations to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Translate complex financial data into clear, meaningful insights for stakeholders across the organization.

Support organizational initiatives, service line growth, and operational improvement efforts through data-driven analysis.

Serve as a key financial resource on cross-functional committees and strategic projects.

Through strong business partnership and financial expertise, you'll help ensure Main Line Health remains positioned to invest in innovative care, support our workforce, and serve the evolving needs of our communities.

Collaborate with Industry Experts

Partner closely with hospital leadership, operational teams, and finance professionals across the health system.

Build trusted relationships with executives and key stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making.

Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that support organizational growth, innovation, and performance.

What You Bring:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

8–10 years of healthcare financial management experience required

Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Demonstrated ability to present complex financial information to senior leadership, executives, and governing boards

Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in a related field preferred
