Compensation: $93,100.80 – $144,227.20

    Under the supervision of the Regional Director of Finance, you will serve as a key financial partner to hospital leadership. In this role, you will:

  • Provide strategic financial planning and analysis for hospital operations
  • Represent finance on cross-functional committees
  • Support development of annual operating and capital budgets
  • Prepare final budget packages for Board-level reporting
  • Analyze budget variances and collaborate with departments including:
  • General Accounting
  • Business Office
  • Decision Support
  • Educate leadership on financial performance and management strategies

    Position Requirements

    Experience:

  • 8–10 years of healthcare financial management experience required
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Proven ability to present complex financial data to Senior Management and Trustees
  • Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Accounting or Finance Required)
  • Master’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Licensures/Certifications:

  • N/A
  • Employee Status: Regular
