You will manage and facilitate the Alumni Association program fostering recovery support skills for Mirmont Treatment Center patients. Use your effective communication skills while being responsible for extensive relationship-building while promoting addiction recovery. You will also provide on-site support and collaboration at all Mirmont Treatment Center campuses as well as coordination of outside alumni meetings/events. As the Coordinator of Alumni Services, you will provide education and support in efforts to ensure meaningful recovery for our patients, their families, and members of their community. The work you do makes a tremendous impact!

Position:

Coordinator, Alumni Services MTC

Shift:

Full-Time, Requires flexibility with schedule (9-5:30 PM, 10-6:30 PM, 11-9:00 PM)

Experience:

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

2. 3+ years of experience working directly with patients in a behavioral health or Substance Use Disorder treatment setting preferred.

3. 2+ years of experience in customer service/marketing preferred.

4. Understanding of 12-step program.

5. Experience staffing and/or partnering with volunteers.

6. Ability to organize, manage, and produce measurable and positive alumni relations outcomes.

7. Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in related human services field required.

Pay Range: $55,182.40 - $85,508.80
