Provide direct patient care aligned with age-specific needs, including psychological assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention. Complete all required documentation and partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Provide psychotherapy to outpatient and inpatient population recovering from a wide variety of medical, neurological, and psychological conditions
  • Provide counseling and cognitive assessment on inpatient units including acute brain injury, stroke, spinal cord, and orthopedic injury; participate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings (physiatry, nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy); develop and modify behavior plans as needed
  • Perform psychological testing and psychotherapy for individuals in the concussion, brain injury, stroke, Parkinson’s, chronic pain, and COVID outpatient programs.
  • Facilitate outpatient group psychotherapy

    Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • No evenings or weekends

    Education:

  • Doctorate (Ph.D./Psy.D.) in Psychology required

  • Licensures & Certifications:

  • Pennsylvania Psychologist license or license-eligible

  • Experience:

  • Graduate-level supervised internships or practica required
  • Hospital or healthcare setting experience preferred
  • Employee Status: Regular

    Pay Range: $93,100.80 - $144,227.20
