Using your dynamic leadership skills while working within the unit, you would collaborate with the Nurse Manager to ensure safe, efficient and economical operation of the department. As a Clinical Coordinator, you would be caring for an emergent patient population. Ensuring appropriate staffing needs are met as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure the safety of patient care is provided, your overall clinical responsibilities will comprise of greater than 50% of your time.

Position:

Clinical Coordinator - Emergency Department

Shift:

7am-7:30pm, 3x12 hour shifts per week with a weekend requirement

Experience:

1. 3-5 years of recent Emergency Department Nurse experience required.

2. Prior charge nurse or other related leadership experience preferred.

Education:

1. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

2. BSN preferred, other related Bachelor's Degree or pursuing required.

3. MSN or other related Master's Degree preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.

3. Certification in specialty area desired.

Pay Range: $48.53 - $75.71
