In this role, you will support patients through care coordination, telephone triage, follow-up communication, and collaboration with providers across a busy ambulatory setting.

Position-Specific Benefits include:

Position:

Registered Nurse RN – Ambulatory

Shift:

Days, 40 hours per week; hybrid position

Experience:

Preferred:

1. Experience in an ambulatory, cardiology, specialty practice, or clinical nursing setting, including strong telephone triage and patient communication skills.

2. Experience with medication refills, care coordination, and knowledge of insurance information.

Education:

Graduate of an accredited ASN or BSN nursing program.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. Current Pennsylvania RN license.

2. Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
