We put extra care into your career  

You are the first person to make a great impression with our patients. Using your excellent communication skills, you will help greet, direct and schedule patients and visitors. Serve as a liaison between patients and support staff by preparing patient charts before check-in and keeping the office and all records, reports and other correspondence organized.

Patient Service Representative  

Serving as the administrative point of contact for surgical appointments, you’ll coordinate with surgeons and ensure all necessary pre-operative steps are communicated and completed.

Surgery Scheduler  

Acting as the point person for patients, you’ll make a positive impression on patients and physicians as you schedule tests and offer solutions that work for patients and your facility. As the ambassador for your location, you’ll have the opportunity to collect patient data, provide excellent customer service and help patients understand their financial responsibilities as well as the service we offer them.

Patient Access/Registration  

Process the applications of providers that apply for appointment to our medical staff and specified health professional staff. Working closely with providers throughout the entire credentialing process, you will ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, CMS Conditions of Participation, the state’s Department of Health Rules and Regulations and our medical staff bylaws.

Credentialing  

Help patients feel safe, comfortable and happy by cleaning their rooms, as well as units, nursing stations and other areas within our locations. As a key member of our environmental services team, you will do work that makes a big difference in the outlook of patients, families and your professional team members.

Environmental Service  

Make an impact on the well-being of our patients and staff by helping to provide safe and secure surroundings. Key duties include on- and off-campus surveillance, monitoring and responding to emergencies and handling a variety of patient matters.

Safety & Security  

Assist patients on a one-to-one basis as you cheerfully move them to and from a variety of areas within one of our hospitals. This unique role allows you to strike up conversations with patients and make their experience with us a positive one.

Transport  

Utilize your multitasking skills and abilities to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the office which may include scheduling, billing, documentation and patient care issues.

Office Coordinator  

Impact the well-being and comfort of patients each day. You’ll use your way with people and customer service skills to assist our food services team by helping patients order meals, serving meals to patients and recording how much was consumed, as well as dietary changes in our computer system.

Dietary Services  

Provide a key component of our support system with your tradesman-level maintenance skills in the areas of electrical, plumbing or carpentry. You’ll also have the opportunity to manage, plan and schedule maintenance and construction projects. Coordinating repair maintenance requests with advanced proficiency, you will respond promptly and respectfully to keep patients and staff comfortable and satisfied.

Maintenance  

As a retail associate, you can provide superior service and use your talents to make sales, work the cash register, receive and process consignments, process donations and provide a safe, clean setting for our customers. You’ll also have the chance to build management skills by training and assisting our team of dedicated volunteers.

Retail  

Supporting routine and emergency activities for our four acute-care hospitals as well as our rehabilitation hospital, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multiline environment where no two days are the same. As the first point of contact for inbound callers, you’ll make immediate decisions and take action to protect lives and property.
