As a Sonographer, you will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures using advanced imaging technology while providing compassionate care to patients. You will prepare patients for exams, operate ultrasound equipment, and ensure high-quality images to support accurate diagnosis.

Key Position Details

Position:

Sonographer

Schedule: Per Diem - 16hr/month

Experience

Three years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist preferred

Education

Graduate of a JRCERT-approved program

Licensure / Certification

RDMS certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography issuing authority within 18 months of hire.

RVT within 18 months of hire

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams using appropriate imaging protocols

Prepare and position patients for procedures while ensuring comfort and safety

Operate ultrasound equipment and evaluate images for technical quality

Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support accurate diagnosis

Travel to other Main Line Radiology locations as needed
