The Clinical Risk Management Analyst acts as database administrator and super-user for the event reporting system, serious event data base (Patient Safety Portal) and other data sources such as Tableau in order to support the work of the Patient Safety and Risk Management Teams, Patient Advocate Department, and leaders across the organization. In this role you'll play a key role in Mainline Health Patient Safety Initiatives and in promoting a culture that emphasizes safety in all aspects of its operations.

Experience:
1. Ability to organize data in a meaningful way using detailed summary or graphical formats.
2. Excellent verbal and written skills to interface and negotiate with staff, vendors, insurance companies and government agencies.
3. Three to 5 years of experience with Tableau, SQL Server, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access.
4. Previous project management experience preferred.
5. Medical terminology, clinical diagnosis, and procedures acquired through education and or experience in a healthcare related environment preferred.
