The Respiratory Clinical Educator is responsible for the for orientation, training, competency validation, and continuing education of the respiratory staff. This individual collaborates at all levels to improve respiratory professional development practice and to influence others for positive change. In addition, he/she performs as a role model, mentor, and clinical coach.

Position:

Respiratory Therapy Clinical Educator

Shift:

Full Time, 40 hours per week, Day Shift.

Please note travel required to all Main Line Health hospitals is required as part of this role.

Experience:

1.Prior education experience.

2. Five years clinical experience strongly preferred.

3. Expert in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Education:

1.Graduation from an accredited school of respiratory therapy.

2. Master’s degree preferred or actively enrolled in a graduate program within six months.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. A current PA Respiratory license

2 Maintains validation of current BLS training (CPR)

3. Certification in specialty area desired (NPS, ACCS)

Pay Range: $82,222.40 - $125,819.20
