As a part of our Interdisciplinary Team working within this unit, your care and treatment of our patients is an integral part of their overall experience. Our mission is to provide patients with a superior patient experience. This translates to the consistent delivery of safe, high-quality clinical care in the absence of preventable harm. Today, #MainLineHealth continues its leadership as a sophisticated community hospital offering advanced medical technology and access to the most qualified medical staff in the region.
The Labor Delivery and Post Partum staff handle over 2800 births per year which includes high risk patient population. Our unit includes: 10 labor rooms, 28 post-partum rooms, 12 bed APU and 3 operating rooms. The nursing team works collaboratively with Physicians, Medical Residents, OB Technicians and Lactation consultants to care for the patients.

Position:
Labor Delivery (Mother Baby) Registered Nurse
Schedule Options:
Full-Time 36 Hours per week | Part-Time | Per Diem | Weekend Program
Experience:
1. One year of recent acute care nurse experience is required. Labor Delivery and or Mother Baby experience is preferred.
Education:
1. RN Diploma, ASN required.
2. BSN preferred.
Licensures/Certifications:
1. PA RN license required.
2.Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
3. NRP preferred
Other Requirements: This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
