Our RE Lease Administrator plays an integral role in supporting the daily operations of our Real Estate department. You would be responsible for:Tracking and monitoring the routing of all lease documents through the approval and execution process and responsible for providing monthly update status reports to team. Coordinate with Tenants, Real Estate, Facilities, Finance and Legal departments to ensure accurate and timely execution of Lease contracts and following up for any outstanding documents.Provide administrative support to the Real Estate Operations Team; coordination of inter/intra-departmental meetings as well as meetings with Hospital Administration, Tenants, Contractors and Real Estate ProfessionalsInput all lease and tenant information into necessary lease, finance and contract/legal databases and ensure all systems are maintained and updated with the most current informationAssist Call Center Specialist on the maintenance and updating of work order database including: Annual update on contact information

Real Estate Lease Administrator

Shift:

Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Experience:

1. Three (3) years of relevant work experience, preferably in commercial or healthcare office building leasing, administration and/or property management.

2. Highly organized and detail oriented

3. able to work in a fast-paced environment

4. Basic to intermediate Microsoft office suite experience preferred.

Education:

1. High School diploma required.

2. Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience preferred

Pay Range: $22.49 - $34.85
