As a Physical Therapist, you will perform detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop a comprehensive plan-of-care based on findings following physical therapy evaluation. Position:

Physical Therapist - Home Care (Delaware County)

Shift:

Per Diem, As Needed; Per Diem Home Care Therapists are required to accommodate a minimum of 6 visits per week when volumes allow, in addition to a weekend requirement (1 weekend shift every 6 weeks).

Experience:

1 year clinical experience or Clinical Affiliation in Home Care.

Education:

1. Graduate of a Physical Therapy program is required.

2. Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license.

2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required on hire.

3. Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile (as applicable).

This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
