You are a key component in getting our patients back up to speed! Jump start your new job by providing quality Home Care Physical Therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning and administration of treatment to all patients. As a Physical Therapist, you will perform detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop a comprehensive plan-of-care based on findings following physical therapy evaluation. Position:

Physical Therapist - Home Care (Chester County Territory - West Chester, Glen Mills, Chadds Ford, Unionville, Kennett Square, West Grove, Avondale)

Shift:

Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday. Weekend and holiday rotation required.

Experience:

1 year clinical experience or Clinical Affiliation in Home Care.

Education:

1. Graduate of a Physical Therapy program is required.

2. Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license.

2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required on hire.

3. Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile (as applicable).
