The Manager of Transformation Engineer leads the Transformation Engineering team partnering with senior leadership to drive clinical, operational, and business process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role manages the development and implementation of transformation strategies, methodologies, and initiatives, serving as a system resource for process improvement and performance excellence. The Manager oversees the transformation project portfolio as well as leads some multidisciplinary projects, coaches engineers, and sustains improvements through structured project management, data-driven decision making, and change management expertise. This position is integral to delivering long-term growth, efficiency, and measurable value for the organization.
