The Director, Provider Compensation is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing physician and advance practice provider (APP) compensation programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. This role involves collaborating with various departments, including finance, legal, and operations, to develop compensation models that attract and retain top medical talent while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Director develops tools and metrics to monitor the performance of provider compensation models, coordinates statistical reports, and ensures that compensation is commercially reasonable, consistent with fair market value, and meets federal and state requirements.

Shift:

M-F Day (Hybrid)

Experience:

1. Minimum 10 years extensive experience with and knowledge of external benchmarking sources (MGMA, AMGA, Sullivan Cotter, IHS/Gallagher) to ensure compensation is FMV compliant and Commercially Reasonable. Experience with development of incentive metrics for APP and physician contracting, demonstrated ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and communicate to key stakeholders (System Leadership, Operations, and Providers). Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver excellent work products.

2. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Education:

Bachelor's degree required; MPH or MBA within health care industry preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

Preferred Certifications - Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification

Pay Range: $147,388.80 - $228,384.00
